Dear District Leaders 

The District Conference is a highlight of the Toastmasters’ year. It is an extraordinary experience, full of educational and inspirational sessions, multiple speech contests and Annual General Meeting. 

It is a journey of personal growth created by experienced enthusiasts.

A great Conference leaves a positive impression that lasts for years and the planning process is an important one along this journey. In order to commence that journey- the call for proposals is done where territories brainstorm and submit a bid for the next conference to be hosted in their destination.

This email serves to officially open the call for proposals by territories, which is to be completed using the attached Bid Document template. 

The deadline for submission is March 30, 2023.
