District 81 is celebrating the appointment of two Distinguished Toastmasters in Grenada, who have been appointed to the positions of Permanent Secretaries.
DTM Carvel Lett has been appointed Permanent Secretary (Acting) with responsibility for National Security, Home Affairs, Information and Disaster Management in the Ministry of National Security, Home Affairs, Public Administration, Information and Disaster Management.
DTM Lyndonna Hillaire-Marshall has also been appointed Permanent Secretary (Acting) with responsibility for Public Administration in the Ministry of National Security, Home Affairs, Public Administration, Information and Disaster Management.
According to the Government Information Service of Grenada, the appointments took effect on July 12, 2022.
