On February 15, 2003, the Caribbean Territorial Council of Toastmasters was formed at a conference held at the Terra Nova Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica. Twenty years later, as Caribbean Toastmasters, we are in twenty-eight countries and continue to develop exceptional leaders and public speakers who serve in various capacities across the district.
We are thrilled to be able to share this historic occasion with you and will be compiling a photographic record of key moments in our history.
Do you or any other Toastmasters you know have photos of District, Division, Area or Club activities from 2003 to the present? Share your photos with us between March 6 and March 31, 2023 for a chance win a Gift from Toastmasters International Shop Valued at USD $50.
Here is how you can enter and win:
Share a minimum of 5 relevant photos.
The photo can be of a group of Caribbean Toastmasters, an event, any
achievement in Toastmasters, or any other District 81 Toastmasters-related
photos about our past.
Post on one or more of these two platforms; Facebook and Instagram with an inspiring caption of 20-30 words.
The more platforms you use, the higher your chances of winning!
Don’t forget to use the following hashtags in your post;
• #YourDivisionName (e.g.; #DivisionA)
• #YourClubName (e.g.; #PIOJToastmastersClub)
Make your personal social media account “public”. Then, make sure that the post is “public” and “tag” the official Caribbean Toastmasters social media account to increase the visibility of your post.
Keep the ball rolling and spread the positivity! In your social media post, ‘tag’ another Toastmaster and invite him/her to share Caribbean Toastmasters photos.

Eligibility:
All participants must be paid up members.
11 of the best photos with the most inspiring captions, stories, that receive the highest numbers of ‘reactions’, ‘comments’ and ‘shares’ will be selected as the winners by our panel of reviewers, one from each Division. Winners will be announced on 23rd April 2023.
