 My professional experience and track record of success as a Programme Manager,  peered with my Toastmasters history of leadership and service at the Club and District levels, backed by my professional certification as a Project Management Professional and Business Process expert, makes me uniquely qualified to serve in this role.

 

2.What is your vision for the improvement of District 81?

Caribbean Toastmasters are empowered with the know-how and opportunities to translate their vision into a reality through Toastmasters.

3.What activities do you have in mind to achieve your goals?

Core Activities include Enhancing/Creating: 

  • A 'Tailorfitted to you' Pathways Achievement and Recognition process

  • A needs-based, hands-on District Training Programme 

  • A robust Mentorship Programme across our clubs

  • A Clear 'DTM’ Path to success

I have been a member of this transformational organization for over 11 years, and I am still very passionate about the work that is done in this organization. My desire is to continue my service as the Club Growth Director. I am committed to serving with integrity and excellence as I’ve always done.

It is my vision to promote growth in the District by Building Stronger Clubs- through recognition, retention and expansion.

 Major strategies:

No Member left behind –  retention through member outreach, recognition and mentoring

Membership development – growth through promotions, training and club support

New Clubs – expansion via new community and corporate clubs

As future CGD, I see District 81 as a brilliant momentum into which our clubs find their true essence and help our members in projecting their best self to the World by complying to our procedures and values.  

Retaining our members will be preponderant in my top priorities while renewal and recruitment, sponsoring and coaching for our clubs including new ones to be built, remaining substantial in my agenda.

Having held the role of Club President, Area Director and Division Director leading them all to Presidents  Distinguished status, I know and understand the importance of meeting members’ needs and retaining membership at all levels to achieve the District Mission.

My vision for the district is to grow and retain membership and empower our members to
achieve the Club mission which will in turn realize the District Mission.
To achieve these goals, I will first train my team and then the Club Coaches, Sponsors and
Mentors, while seeking opportunities and potential leads for Specialty Clubs, Corporate Clubs
and Community Clubs.

Being a Manager, the President of a Scout Association, an avid Toastmaster, combined with passion for self-improvement, teamwork and leadership, makes me an ideal candidate for the officer position of Division Director.

My Vision of District 81 is; as a cosmopolitan district, governed by three main languages, and diverse cultures we should unite as a big Toastmaster family to foster growth, high quality clubs, create leaders and rejuvenate our membership.

My goals are that we have to create a synergy between all the clubs of D81 by engaging joint club meetings, fun/educational training activities, share good practices and lessons learned.

This quote perfectly exemplifies why I am the ideal candidate for Division Director as I am able to lift people and encourage them to reach their highest potential. My passion for toastmasters has enabled me to understand the core values of this organization whilst leading from the front. My vision for the improvement of District 81 starts with more effective communication, collaboration and cooperation amongst all members within the Division and by extension the District.

I am Reginald Vigile, Toastmaster since July 2017, candidate for the position of Director of Division D. I think I am the ideal candidate because Since joining Toastmasters, I have invested myself in serving my club, my Area, Division D and District 81 to become better by serving as VPE, President, assistant area director program quality, Area director and Assistant Division Director Club Growth that gave me the opportunity to understand how each link in the chain works. To achieve my goals for the year, I already intend to build a quality, motivating and committed team and we will work according to indicators of results.

I am confident that I am the ideal candidate for several reasons, but specifically, because of my love for helping others and building people. In addition, I am motivated to see others grow in Toastmasters.

 

My vision for the improvement is the enrichment of the comradery and relationships between divisions and clubs.

 

Activities includes:

1.     Continue the trend of the district council.

2.     Strengthen encouragement of interclub meetings and participation.

3.     Encourage diverse meetings and have open discussions with members.

4.     I plan to work closely with the areas and clubs to assist with their plans for DCP attainment.

1.      What makes you the ideal candidate for this officer position?

Sponsor for the Visionary Leaders TMC of which I am now President, completing 2 paths of pathways, Past Area Director and since July 2020 as Asst Division F Director for Programme Quality and currently Club Growth.  I am also a club mentor for New Voices Toastmasters club.

 

2.     What is your vision for the improvement of District 81?

Promoting more direct contact between District 81 and key corporate entities in TT especially those with affiliate companies in other territories in District 81

 

3.   What activities do you have in mind to achieve your goals?

Continuing the Youth Leadership initiative, formation of at least 1 additional Gavel Club, requesting speaking time in each club in the Division to highlight the Pathways Mentorship Programme

I have a plan to open new clubs. I will passionately support all clubs to achieve excellence as achieved as President of the first advanced club in Division G, Elite.

My vision is to improve the strategy to open new clubs, retain current members, attract new members, and empower members to take full advantage of the educational program.

Recognizing our people constantly, strengthen marketing network in social media and field campaigns to share with them the Toastmasters benefits and testimony. Promoting hybrid meetings and encouraging members to utilize application 300 to facilitate getting a customized curriculum.

1.       What makes you the ideal candidate for this officer position?

I am a very committed person and a truly believer in T.E.A.M.-work. With my commitment and T.E.A.M spirit for serving, empowering and creating leaders, I can move our division to the highest level of success. 

 

2.       What is your vision for the improvement of District 81?

My vision for the improvement of our District is a true working team. A collective of Toastmasters members, working together, empowering each other to move forward and be the great leaders that our communities deserves. 

 

3.       What activities do you have in mind to achieve your goals?

I will assist District 81 and area directors creating motivational campaigns, organizing workshops, facilitating training sessions, coach and support our team effort to elevate Division H to excellency.

As a Toastmaster, I have developed key leadership skills, coupled with the passion I have for the Toastmasters program and its benefits,  my vision is to create virtuous leaders, and for District 81 to be the #1  District in the world. This can be done by enhancing the diversity of the district and encouraging hybrid meetings. The entire District has to be in alignment, striving towards the same goal. As Division Director I would encourage community and corporate events, incorporating the benefits of a Toastmasters membership.  I aim to develop stronger Teams and inspire them to accomplish and achieve, not only competing stuff but complimentary stuff as well.

During my 14 years as a Toastmaster, I have served as Club Officer and Area Governor. I laid a firm foundation through my astute and outstanding leadership style of being member focused. Hence there is no doubt that Donna Morrison Wilson is the ideal candidate to serve as Division I Director, 2022/2023.

My vision is to continue as well as reinforce the implementation of mentorship, recognition and incentives in support of club, Area and Division. Ultimately every toastmaster will be positively affected, which in turn improves District 81.

Activities such as, but not limited to joint meetings and inter clubbing will be promoted to help achieve these goals.

The goal and people that I serve are always my focus. I am a valuable team player who

Division J Director by my lifestyle.
My vision to improve District 81 is to build on the strengths of my predecessors and to
be more visible in the wider community.
I intend to collaborate with service organizations such as The Rotary and Lions Clubs.
This collaboration will provide avenues for our members to display their skills.

To achieve my goals, I will:

1. Implement a training & mentorship program geared towards meeting specific educational, membership and development needs of club members within the Division.

2. Establish a new club lead committee to assist with identifying club prospects that can be converted to chartered clubs across the Division.
